All manufacturers of new vehicles subject to this chapter shall comply with all applicable California Warranty Requirements. Reports generated for or by CARB and associated findings made by CARB shall be acceptable for demonstrating compliance with §A of this regulation. All reports required under the California Warranty Requirements shall be provided to the Department upon request.
