### Chapter 44 — Maryland Heating Fuel Provider Reporting Program

#### Regulation .06 Recordkeeping Requirements.

*COMAR 26.11.44.06*

A. A person subject to this chapter shall maintain the following records for at least 5 years:

  (1) Copies of the annual reports submitted to the Department pursuant to Regulation .05 of this chapter;

  (2) All material received, reviewed, generated, or used to complete the report; and

  (3) Any additional information requested by the Department.

B. A person shall provide, by request of the Department, the records required under this regulation.
