Except as provided in §B of this regulation, the Department adopts as its regulations the federal regulations at 40 CFR §§265.90—265.94, adopted as of July 1, 1998, which are incorporated by reference. For the purposes of this regulation, substitute “Secretary” for “Regional Administrator”.
