A.
Except as provided in §B of this regulation, an owner or operator using drip pads who is subject to this chapter shall comply with the requirements of COMAR 26.13.05.17-1—.17-4.
B.
In complying with COMAR 26.13.05.17-4B, the reference to Regulation .22 of this chapter replaces COMAR 26.13.05.14J.
