This regulation and Regulations .07—.25 of this chapter: Establish requirements for managing universal waste; Include standards for managing the following: Batteries, as described in Regulation .07 of this chapter; Pesticides, as described in Regulation .08 of this chapter; Lamps, mercury-containing equipment, or PCB-containing lamp ballasts, each as described in Regulation .09 of this chapter; and Aerosol cans, as described in Regulation .09-1 of this chapter; and Provide an alternative set of management standards to COMAR 26.13.01—26.13.09 and Regulations .01—.05 of this chapter.
