This chapter applies to an environmental investigation performed pursuant to Environment Article, §6-305, Annotated Code of Maryland. This chapter does not apply to the performance of a lead paint abatement service other than an environmental investigation required under Environment Article, §6-305, Annotated Code of Maryland.
