#### Regulation .15 Vegetation.

*COMAR 26.21.01.15*

A. The permittee shall vegetate the affected area as specified by the Department and by the approved mining and reclamation plan.

B. Vegetation shall include existing roadside and property line screens and any additional plantings specified by the Department.
