Regulation .09 Research-Associated and Education-Associated Water-Dependent Facilities or Activities.

The provisions of this regulation are in addition to the provisions of Regulations .03 and .04 of this chapter.

As applicable, if an associated nonwater-dependent project is located outside the buffer, a local jurisdiction may approve the location in the buffer of a research-associated water-dependent facility or activity or of an education-associated water-dependent facility or activity.
