### Chapter 01 — Fee Assessment and Payment; Waivers

#### Regulation .07 Failure to Pay Required Fees.

*COMAR 28.03.01.07*

A. Unless a waiver is granted under Regulation .06 of this chapter, failure to pay a required filing fee may result in the dismissal of a person’s request for a hearing.

B. Unless a waiver is granted under Regulation .06 of this chapter, failure to pay a required subpoena processing fee may result in a subpoena not being issued.
