Regulation .13 Defect 66—Dash Lights (Not Applicable to Trailers).

Dash lights shall be of an approved type and inspected for proper function and illumination of operational instruments.

Do not certify if:

(1)

Any bulb in a lamp required to be inspected fails to function properly;

(2)

There are improperly connected circuits;

(3)

The instrument panel is not lighted sufficiently to permit the operator to view the operational instruments of the vehicle.
