### Chapter 03 — Handgun Roster Board

#### Regulation .17 Placement of Handgun on Handgun Roster.

*COMAR 29.03.03.17*

A handgun shall be placed on the Roster after the:

A. Period for filing objections has expired, if a timely objection is not filed; or

B. Board dismisses all timely objections.
