Regulation .17 Confidentiality.

The Secretary shall keep a roster of individuals registered as security systems technicians or as individuals with access to circumventional information.

Information obtained through an investigation of an applicant for a license or for registration under this chapter shall be confidential and, unless required by a court order, may not be divulged to a person who is not a law enforcement officer.
