### Chapter 01 — Statewide DNA Data Base System and Repository

#### Regulation .05 Transporting Samples.

*COMAR 29.05.01.05*

Samples shall be transported from a prison, detention facility, or other authorized location to the Crime Laboratory by:

A. Contract courier;

B. First class U.S. mail service; or

C. State Police personnel.
