Regulation .07 Hearing.

Except to the extent provisions of this chapter specifically provide for a different procedure, the hearing shall be conducted under the procedures set forth in COMAR 30.02.06.

At least 6 members of the EMS Board shall be present for EMS Board hearings under this chapter.
