The EMS Board shall establish standard curricula and learning objectives for ALS education programs. Each ALS education program shall prepare the student for entry-level practice. The amount of time devoted to the delivery of the ALS course may vary depending on the students' ability to demonstrate proficiency in the educational objectives utilizing: Written examinations; Oral examinations; and Practical examinations.
