Each ALS course shall have a number assigned by MIEMSS. Each ALS education program approved under this chapter shall notify MIEMSS and request a course number at least 45 days before the first class of each ALS course which it proposes to provide. Requests for a course number shall: Be sent to MIEMSS in an approved format; and Be signed by the: Medical director; and Program director. An ALS course may not have more than 25 students without prior written approval from MIEMSS.
