The EMS Board shall establish standard curricula and learning objectives for the BLS courses. Each BLS course shall prepare the student for entry-level practice. The amount of time devoted to the delivery of the course may vary depending on the students' ability to demonstrate proficiency in the educational objectives utilizing: Written examinations; Oral examinations; and Practical examinations.
