MIEMSS shall maintain the confidentiality of records referred to in this subtitle in accordance with:
A.
Health-General Article, Title 4, Subtitle 3, Annotated Code of Maryland;
B.
Health Occupations Article, Title 1, Subtitle 4, Annotated Code of Maryland; and
C.
General Provisions Article, Title 4, Subtitle 3, Annotated Code of Maryland.
