A neurotrauma center shall:
A.
Provide outreach education to health care providers throughout the State related to current standards of care for neurotrauma patients;
B.
Participate in an ACGME-approved program for neurosurgical residency training;
C.
Serve as a clinical site for education for health care providers; and
D.
Participate in professional continuing education programs and professional meetings.
