A.
Subject to §B of this regulation, the continuing education requirements may be waived for a licensed insurance producer who:
(1)
Submits a written request for a waiver; and
(2)
Is determined by the Commissioner, in the Commissioner's discretion, to warrant the waiver.
B.
A waiver request shall be accompanied by supporting documentation.
