This chapter does not apply to property bail bondsmen.

Except as provided in Insurance Article, §10-309, Annotated Code of Maryland, this chapter does not apply to a bail bondsman who provides bail bondsman services under Criminal Procedure Article, §5-203, Annotated Code of Maryland.
