Based on the information or documentation reviewed during a complaint investigation, the Commissioner may, in the Commissioner’s sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions in addition to issuing a determination letter or, if applicable, an order: Initiate a market conduct action in accordance with COMAR 31.04.20; or Take any other action authorized by State law.
