The Board may contract with independent consultants to perform any function that the Board assigns to the consultants, including actuarial analysis and financial analysis. Unless permission is granted specifically by the Board, an independent consultant that contracts with the Board may not release, publish, or otherwise use any information to which the independent consultant had access under its contract with the Board.
