After the issuance of an initial certificate of registration for any new units, the provider may submit to the Department a request for permission to use deposits. The request shall include verification that: Construction of the proposed project has been completed as evidenced by a certificate of substantial completion; and The provider has been issued: A certificate of occupancy, or the equivalent, by the appropriate local jurisdiction, and The appropriate licenses or certificates required by MDH, MHCC, and the Department.
