A subsidy award may be renewed annually if: Sufficient State funds for subsidies are available in the Department's budget; The provider's budget for the next fiscal year has been approved by the Department; The Department and the provider have executed a subsidy services agreement for the next fiscal year; and The provider and facility are in compliance with this chapter.
