In General. If, as the result of a review or for any other reason, the appropriate board decides to revoke a designation of confidentiality, the appropriate board shall give the registered voter or candidate an opportunity to: Address the appropriate board; or Rescind his or her registration or candidacy. Rescission of Registration. If the individual rescinds his or her registration or candidacy, the information shall be kept permanently confidential.
