Scope of Regulation. This regulation applies to every petition filed under: Article XI-A of the State Constitution; or Article XVI of the State Constitution. Statement Required. A statement of contributions and expenditures shall be filed, as required by Election Law Article, §7-105(c), Annotated Code of Maryland, for any petition described in §A of this regulation. When To Be Filed. The statement shall be filed with: The petition; and Every supplemental or amended petition.
