Subject to consultation with and the approval of the State Administrator, a local board shall take one of the following actions when a change is required in a ballot after the ballots have been printed: Reprint the ballot; or If time does not permit reprinting, take all reasonable steps to notify voters of the change. The notice to be provided under Regulation .01B of this chapter: Shall include prominent notices posted at the affected polling places; and May include: Television, radio, and newspaper announcements and advertisements; Information in the specimen ballot; and Postings on the Internet.
