Personal identification information is not required at the time of voting if: The State Board has matched with an existing State identification record the individual's name, date of birth, and the MVA identification number or at least the last four digits of the Social Security number provided by the individual on or with the VRA; or The individual has previously submitted to the local board a copy of personal identification information.
