#### Regulation .03 Acknowledgment; Scheduling Start.

*COMAR 33.09.03.03*

On receipt of an application for certification, the State Administrator shall promptly:

A. Acknowledge the application; and

B. Notify the applicant and local boards of when the evaluation will begin.
