Unless a campaign finance entity has a waiver from the electronic filing requirement, the treasurer shall: Complete the affidavit using the Internet form provided by the State Board; and Sign and submit the affidavit using the electronic signature password issued by the State Board. If a campaign finance entity that has a waiver from the electronic filing requirement, the treasurer may: File the affidavit electronically as provided under §A of this regulation without losing its electronic filing waiver; or File, sign, and mail or hand deliver the affidavit on the paper form prescribed by the State Board.
