A filer shall use one of the following as the electronic signature of the filer: The voter registration number of the person; The driver's license number of the person; The last four digits of the person's social security number; Any State Board approved password generated by the person after registration of the campaign finance entity, independent expenditure entity, or electioneering communication entity; or Any other personal identification information approved by the State Administrator.
