Regulation .04 Disclosure.

Reports. A political action committee shall file campaign finance reports required under Election Law Article, §13-309, Annotated Code of Maryland.

Disclosure Reports. In addition to the reports required under §A of this regulation, a political action committee registered to make exclusively independent expenditures or disbursements for electioneering communications, or both, shall file disclosure reports required under Election Law Article, §13-309.1, Annotated Code of Maryland.
