Regulation .03 Applicability of Contribution Limits.

Candidate Committees. Coordinated in-kind contribution limits for a central committee of a political party shall be applied to the authorized candidate campaign committee of the candidate.

Slates. Coordinated in-kind contributions limits for a central committee of a political party may not be applied to slate committees.
