Civil Penalties — Political Advertiser Purchaser. A political advertiser purchaser that fails to notify the State Board in a timely manner according to the requirements of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not exceeding $5,000.

Civil Penalties — Online Platform. An online platform that violates this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not exceeding $5,000.
