The State Board shall: Prescribe all forms needed to administer the Public Financing Act; Provide full information to the public, to candidates, and to any other interested party on the process of administering the Public Financing Act and on the requirements for obtaining public contributions under the Act; Determine whether a candidate is eligible to receive a public contribution; Order any disbursement to be made from the Fund; and Promptly after the filing of the final campaign finance report by the gubernatorial ticket candidate committee, audit all campaign finance reports, the account book, records and other documents submitted by a certified gubernatorial ticket candidate committee.
