For a gubernatorial ticket participating only in a general election:
A.
The notice of intent shall be filed with the State Board no later than the deadline for filing a declaration of intent; and
B.
A request for certification and an initial public contribution by a gubernatorial ticket candidate committee for a general election shall be filed with the State Board no later than 11:59 p.m. on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in August in the year of the general election with an ending transaction period of the first Monday in August.
