Regulation .03 Location of Warehouse.

Except as provided in §B, a warehouse shall be attached or adjacent to the principal office of the local board of elections.

Where the State Board determines no suitable location attached or adjacent to the principal office of the local board of elections exists, a warehouse may be located within a 5 — 10-mile radius of that principal office.
