Voting Equipment. The State Administrator, in consultation with the local boards, shall determine the number of voting units and electronic pollbooks assigned to each precinct. For purposes of determining the number of voting units and electronic pollbooks under §A(1) of this regulation, the State Administrator shall consider: The estimated daily turnout by each early voting center; The estimated turnout for election day and absentee voting; Historical turnout during early voting; The length of the ballot; and Any other factor deemed to impact turnout and the length of time to vote. Other Supplies. A local board shall provide each early voting center with provisional ballot applications in an amount established by the State Administrator. A local board shall deploy any other supplies required by the State Administrator.
