Regulation .04 Delivery to and Return from Early Voting Center.

Board to Develop. The local board shall develop and, with the approval of the State Administrator, adopt a written plan for the prompt and secure delivery of voting units and other election equipment and materials to and from each early voting center.

Inclusions. The plan shall specify the methods of, and time frames for, these deliveries and returns.
