Each voting center shall have at least two election judges of different political party affiliations to serve as chief judges. Each voting center shall have at least four election judges. For each voting center, the local board shall appoint the number of election judges provided in the plan submitted under COMAR 33.21.04.06 and approved by the State Administrator.
