A person may not erect any structure, stand, or platform, or hold any meeting, exhibition, demonstration, ceremony, or special event at a State museum, unless the person first obtains express permission from the museum director. Request for permission shall be made at least 30 days in advance of the event. Users of State museum facilities may not charge admission to events or programs held at those facilities without express permission from the museum director.
