Subject to §B of this regulation, the following are eligible for grants under the Program, subject to meeting the grant selection criteria of Regulation .06B of this chapter: A nonprofit organization; A local jurisdiction; An individual; and A business entity. To be eligible for a grant, a nonprofit organization or a business entity shall be in good standing, qualified to do business in Maryland, and have the legal capacity and all necessary legal authority to incur the obligations and requirements of the grant.
