All records pertaining to an individual’s placement on the Commission’s Voluntary Exclusion List are sociological information under General Provisions Article, §4-330, Annotated Code of Maryland.
B.
Access to records pertaining to an individual’s placement on the Commission’s Voluntary Exclusion List shall be limited to disclosures authorized under General Provisions Article, Title 4, Annotated Code of Maryland, COMAR 36.03.06, and Regulation .05 of this chapter.
