A.
The Commission may establish a responsible gaming program.
B.
A responsible gaming program established by the Commission under §A of this regulation shall be designed to:
(1)
Reduce or mitigate the effects of problem gambling in the State; and
(2)
Maximize the access of problem gambling resources by an individual who has a gambling problem.
