As soon as practical after each drawing, a retailer may: Post in a prominent and conspicuous location within the retailer’s business location the winning game data; and Keep the winning game data posted until the next drawing. A retailer shall display active winning game data as requested by the Agency. The Agency is not responsible for a retailer’s failure to post or properly post current official winning game data.
