A.
An ITLM licensee may allow an individual who is 18 years old or older to play an instant ticket lottery machine.
B.
An ITLM licensee shall be:
(1)
Knowledgeable about the games available in the instant ticket lottery machine; and
(2)
Able to show players how to access help screens in the instant ticket lottery machine.
