A manufacturer shall deliver each video lottery terminal to the Commission with: The concatenated binary file signature corresponding to the Commission-approved version of the video lottery terminal in a form satisfactory to the: Commission; and Central monitor and control system operator; and A file, in a form satisfactory to the Commission, describing the video lottery terminal including: Manufacturer’s: Serial number; Model number; Software identification number; and Version number; Denomination or a designation as multi-denomination; Cabinet style; An indication as to whether the video lottery terminal is a: Progressive; or Wide area progressive; Configured for use with a: Gaming ticket system; External bonusing system; and Cashless funds transfer system; and Other information required by the Commission.
