Regulation .12 Maximum Bet.

A video lottery terminal may not accept a maximum bet on a single game event in excess of $500 without the written approval of the Commission.

The $500 maximum bet in §A of this regulation does not apply to a double-up option on a winning wager.

For an electronic table game, each wager on a separate outcome is a single game event.
