A.
A manufacturer shall configure a video lottery terminal to wager credits available for play in the following order:
(1)
Noncashable credits; and
(2)
Cashable credits.
B.
A manufacturer may enable a video lottery terminal that has been tested, certified, and approved under this chapter for tournament play with the prior written approval of the Commission.
